Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

NowTel Digital provides FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and IPTV services as a registered reseller. By activating our service, you agree to these terms and the regulations set forth by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The subscriber agrees NOT to use the internet connection for:

• Hosting "Grey Traffic" or illegal VOIP exchanges.
• Distributing copyrighted material (Piracy) or prohibited content.
• Any activity that violates the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

NowTel Digital reserves the right to terminate service immediately if illegal activity is detected.

3. Billing and Automated Notifications

Our billing cycle is monthly (Prepaid). Invoices are sent via WhatsApp. Note: Non-payment by the 5th of the month will result in automatic system suspension. Reconnection fees may apply.

4. Service Availability & Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, NowTel Digital is a reseller of bandwidth. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream provider fiber cuts, international submarine cable faults, or "Acts of God" (Force Majeure).

5. Equipment Policy

Optical Network Units (ONUs/Routers) provided by NowTel Digital remain the property of the company unless purchased outright by the customer. Damaged equipment due to electrical surges or mishandling will be charged to the customer.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
